---Janet's POV--- There was no quiet place around here, so where should I have gone? There was only that one room, where a guy my age was sitting. He had brown messy hair and had his face hidden in his hands. I don't know where, but I've seen him before, which wasn't really a surprise here. Out of 100 contestants and about 100 staff members. But he definitely was a contestant. I wanted to sit down anywhere and write a poem. I needed to clear my mind and distract myself from being nervous. The only place I could sit down was on a box next to that boy. So I just did. But there wasn't as much space, as I first thought. I sat really close to him and our arms touched. I wanted to get up again, when the boy looked up. I tried to look everywhere but at him. But I couldn't do that for long. Our eyes met and his had a really pretty brown colour. I've always had a weakness for brown eyes, but that didn't mean anything. I just liked guys with brown eyes. Not more. And I would never fall for a guy, I didn't know. Why should I even fall for him? Why did I even think about that? Fractions of a second later I looked away. I've never been able to sustain looks. I just tried to act like the guy wasn't there. I opened my bag and got out a pencil and my notebook. I starred at the empty paper and then at my pencil. "You know," said the guy next to me suddenly, which scared me a little. "That every time I hear of the State Pennsylvania, I have to think it's Pencilvania." He made me smile ...
